Full-Time Office Assistant - Temporary Basis

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Answer incoming calls from customers, contractors, and business partners; route calls and provide accurate information in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Receptionist Duties: Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain the front office area. Assist with planning luncheons and company events etc.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing tasks, such as preparing materials, managing contact lists, tracking sales related supplies such as product literature, and supporting outreach initiatives.
  • Assist Warranty and Sales Administration:  Contacting customers, supply house, installers etc. for additional information.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivables – Assist with invoicing, double checks etc.
  • Special Projects: Participate in and support assigned projects as needed by the management team.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to various departments to ensure efficient operation. Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
     

 

 
Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of office administrative and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Accounts Payable/Receivables is a plus!
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Able to type 50+ words per minute
     

 
Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary full-time position lasting approximately 3–5 months with possible extension beyond this.
  • Work hours are Monday through Thursday, with specific hours to be discussed during the interview. (Day shift)
  • Hours per week: Approximately 40 hours per week
  • Rate: $23-$26 depending on experience.
  • Start Date: Early August. Tentative End Date: December 2025/January 2026
