Technical Bulletin "Discontinuation of Anodes in Heat-flo Products"

Effective April 6, 2026, Heat-flo LLC will discontinue the use of anodes in all newly manufactured products. This update reflects the continued advancement of our stainless‑steel fabrication and welding processes.
Heat-flo will continue to supply replacement anodes to fully support our existing installation base.
Background
Anodes were introduced into the Heat-flo product line in September 2014 as part of a long-term initiative to enhance product durability and support ongoing improvements in stainless‑steel welding quality. Their addition aligned with a broader effort to refine our manufacturing processes and ensure the highest level of corrosion resistance and system longevity.
Reason for Change
Through continuous improvement efforts over the prior decade, Heat-flo has implemented significant advancements in welding process, preserving stainless‑steel integrity, and process control. We have validated the impact of our manufacturing process over the last decade and are confident that this decision supports our commitment to ‘Raising the Standard’ for our customers.
Our current manufacturing processes deliver best‑in‑class stainless‑steel solutions for our contractor and customer base. The warranty will remain unchanged for Heat-flo products.
